- Offer collection if buyers can pick up locally — show a clear address only if you enable contact details on the storefront.
- Dispatch promptly and keep buyers updated using the email from the order.
Digital delivery
For digital products, buyers typically receive a secure download link by email after payment. Check Sales if a buyer says the email is missing, and ask them to check spam.
Manual sales
When you sell offline or by email offer, mark the item sold yourself so stock and storefront stay accurate.
