This Privacy Policy explains how FastList (“we”, “us”, “our”) processes personal data when you visit https://fastlist.me, create a shop, or buy from a seller storefront powered by FastList. We are based in the United Kingdom. For privacy questions, contact info@fastlist.me.

1. Who this covers
- Visitors browsing the marketing site, store directory, or product discovery.
- Sellers who create a shop, list products, and connect Stripe or PayPal.
- Buyers who purchase from a seller storefront (payment and fulfilment details are often processed by the seller’s payment provider).
2. Data we collect
Account & shop
- Email address (account sign-in and shop contact email)
- Shop name, description, category, currency, address/phone if you add them
- Storefront content you upload (product titles, descriptions, prices, photos)
- Auth session cookies needed to keep you signed in
Payments & orders
- Whether you connected Stripe Connect or PayPal (account connection identifiers)
- Order and listing records we store so sellers can manage sales (e.g. amounts, product, fulfilment notes, shipping details when collected at checkout)
- Card and bank details are handled by Stripe or PayPal, not stored by FastList as full payment credentials
Technical & security
- Basic logs needed to run and secure the service (IP address, browser type, timestamps, error diagnostics)
- Bot-protection tokens via Cloudflare Turnstile on shop sign-up
Analytics (optional)
- If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics to understand site usage. See our Cookie Policy.
3. Why we use data (legal bases)
- Contract — to create your shop, run the storefront, and provide seller tools you request.
- Legitimate interests — to secure the service, prevent abuse, improve reliability, and support discovery features.
- Consent — optional analytics cookies; you can change this anytime via Cookie settings.
- Legal obligation — where we must keep records or respond to lawful requests.
4. Who we share data with
We use service providers that process data on our instructions or as independent controllers for payments:
- Supabase — database, authentication, file storage
- Netlify — hosting and serverless functions
- Stripe — Connect onboarding, checkout, and listing-fee payments
- PayPal — Connect onboarding and buyer payments when enabled
- Cloudflare — Turnstile bot protection
- Google — Analytics, only if you consent
Seller storefronts are public: product and shop profile content you publish is visible to visitors. Buyers paying a seller may also provide shipping or contact details to that seller or their payment processor.
5. International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the UK/EEA. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards offered by those providers (such as standard contractual clauses).
6. Retention
We keep account and shop data while your account is active. Order and listing records are retained as needed for sellers, dispute support, and legal/accounting purposes. Analytics data follows Google Analytics retention settings. You can ask us to delete your account data by emailing info@fastlist.me (subject to records we must keep).
7. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing, and to data portability. You may also withdraw cookie consent at any time. Contact info@fastlist.me. You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
8. Children
FastList is not directed at children under 16. Do not create a shop if you are under 16.
